How to raise employee’s awareness of disability? SGS dares to be different, and offers its 2700 employees a fun and educational initiative, an online game!
The game will go live next Monday, November 16, at the launch of the European Week for Employment of People with Disabilities.
The game will last 10 days and contains two stages.
The first is pedagogical: the players are invited to discover the most beautiful citations and bibliographies of disabled persons or people involved with disability. It will be up to them to like the quotations that will have touched them the most.
The second stage aims to be more playful via a Quiz of 6 questions with multiple choices, allowing us to understand the various forms of disability.
"Diversity is one of the fundamentals of our Group. Year after year, we work to change the consciousness and unite our employees around human subjects such as disabilities in business. And it works!" says Florence Charles, Conviviality Director at SGS Group France. "The campaign last year has allowed nine employees to trust us and to declare themselves disabled workers".
At the end of the game, three winners will be drawn. To be among the finalists, they must have previously 'liked' the most acclaimed quote and answered correctly the six questions of the Quiz.
The 1st prize winner will have the chance to sail aboard 'Stand as One' that carries high and loud the values of diversity and demonstrates that it is a real force to carry out large projects.
SGS is one of 14 sponsors who support this ambitious project.
